Shipping & Returns

Shipping

 Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in North America. For an additional charge, we offer express shipping as well as overnight delivery to most locations. Customers have the option to pay for expedited shipping during checkout. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes - an email will be sent to you once your order has been completed and dispatched. The email should contain a tracking number (starting with 9) for USPS
or (starting with 1Z) or UPS. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email your order number to 
blessthisrescue@yahoo.com.

Note: Please make sure that your supplied address is correct and up-to-date. If you provided an incorrect address, you will have to wait for the item to return to our shop before we can correct the address and resend your item to your correct destination.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

During the regular season, standard USPS shipping for personalized items take about 2-5 business days, while bulk orders are shipped UPS and take about 2-3 weeks turnaround from the date the order was placed. In May (during EMS Week) and December (Christmas), shipping times may take a little longer, so please take this into consideration when ordering and if possible, request orders sooner than later.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. We ship Monday through Saturday.
Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes – a valid street address is required.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If the estimated delivery date for your order has passed and your item hasn’t arrived, please let us know within 5 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop using the same tracking number you were provided. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, please let us know and we will help locate its current status. BlessThisRescue is not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.

Once the order shows “Delivered” with proof of a time stamp,
it is no longer the responsibility of BlessThisRescue.

However, if there is no package in sight, there are a few things you can do: 

  1. Have a second look at your mailbox as some parcels may arrive separately from the standard mail you receive daily. This happens occasionally with most shipping couriers.
  2. Check around the house for a safer location: (porch, garage, back door, etc.) or ask if anyone has accepted a parcel on your behalf.
  3. Wait 24 hours – sometimes the postmaster may scan the barcode and the status may change even before the parcel actually gets delivered.
  4. If still missing after 24 hours, you should raise a claim with the courier so they can inspect the issue.
  5. If the status of your order never arrives or shows “Lost”, USPS can help with a missing mail search. Learn how to find lost mail, file claims, and request refunds on usps.com. You may be eligible for a refund through the official USPS website.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date if BlessThisRescue made the error - and we will pay for the return. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. 


If the customer ordered the wrong size or provided incorrect spelling, your item will not be eligible for return, as every item is fully customized to specific requests and cannot be repurposed.

Note:
Please be sure to view sizing charts in picture lists and double check all spelling areas before ordering as items will be printed exactly as shown and on the size that was chosen at checkout.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

If BlessThisRescue made the error, returns are free and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label to the original package, and place it in your mailbox. We will also happily pay for the shipment of your replacement item. 

If the error was a customer mistake, the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer and the cost will depend on the shipping courier of the customer’s choice.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Yes - Only if the item does not have a name, title, or specific department, we will accept returns and will reimburse the card/account that was used to pay for the order. (see items eligible for return).

No - Unfortunately, items are not eligible for return if the item has been customized to fit a customer’s personal logo, department, title, service or name.
